What is AWANA?

AWANA (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed - from 2 Timothy 2:15) is an international, Bible-centered children's ministry providing local churches with weekly clubs and programs. Our AWANA club helps children from preschool through 5th grade. Your child will attend our weekly meetings for games, awards, interaction with trained leaders, friendships and fun. Our evenings consist of three half-hour segments: games, handbook time, and counsel (Bible story) time. We also have two great incentive programs during our AWANA year. They are our camp contest and our AWANA bucks contest. These programs give your child the opportunity to earn part of his/her way to Lake Ann Camp and to spend "AWANA Bucks" at our year-end store.

Our AWANA time is fun and exciting! It provides your child with Bible study sections and mission projects pointing them to life's ultimate adventure: a relationship with Jesus!
